I uploaded a picture and called it 55Ford. (a jpg file) I changed the picture and uploaded the changes. I could not view the changed picture. I tired again thinking this is strange and still view showed the OLD (original) image. ... and so on and so on...
This is typical for cache issues with the browser. IF you are unsure, try to access it with some options like ?foo122414 or such. Just to make the cache beliefe its another object.
