[Zope] How do I set up Virtual Hosting with IIS 5?????

Please forgive me if this question has been answered previously, but I have spent a lot of time with searches and all the information I have found always relates to Apache and NOT IIS5. All drafts of the ZAG say "to be added later" when they reach this point. Could anybody please help me by letting me know exactly what I need to do within zope, or provide me with a link where it is explained. I did what is described on http://twsite.bizland.com/twzop0015.htm , but I do not know what to do after that i.e. on the server (or is there a specific url I should use to call the pages so that they show the domain I want, especially without the port information?).
