If I leave the computer or just don't use the Zope server for a longer while it takes exceptionally long time to get Zope waking up again. I don't want it to fall asleep. I want it to be on alert always.
Most likely Windows has swapped the Zope process (or dependant components) out of RAM. And frankly, tuning the cache system on windows is a )="#()("!)!= to do. I am assuming NT/2k here? If so, open the task manager and enable the Swap usage column, then keep your eyes on it. If it seems to increase swap usage after a while, but decreasing the RAM usage, then that probably is the case?
