[Zope] Warning: self._setObject() failed for PluginIndexes/Installed product PluginIndexes

      Hello,
I just checked out a copy of the zope core and installed it.

When I started Zope I got the following error:

 Warning: self._setObject() failed for PluginIndexes/Installed product
PluginIndexes

Zope Version  	(unreleased version)
Python Version  	2.1 (#1, Jun 2 2001, 10:12:16) [GCC 2.95.2 19991024
(release)]
System Platform  	freebsd4

Also there is no link to add ZGadfly Database Connection from the Pull-down
menu.
