[Zope] change AUTHENTICATED_USER by script

Hi, I need too change the AUTHENTICATED_USER / AUTHENTICATION_PATH with a script (means: without switching to a protected page that raises the classical basic authentication box) Any hint ? Thanks in advance --Gilles
