[Zope] How to use the total-nnn to compare to another total

Hi, Happy New Year everyone! I know what is listed below does not work. I am trying to compare the individual quantities to make sure it does not exceed the total quantity. The total-nnn get me my sub-total but I can not figure out a way to save the value for comparsion.
