[Zope] installing from the source

I want to install zope from source on Win32.I looked alot of sites. First of all I knew that i must MSVC++ compiler cl.exe.But i have not learnt how to do it. when i write this; python setup.py build --compile=cl.exe this error occurs: distutils.errors.DistutilsPlatformError: don't know how to compile C/C++ code on platform 'nt' with 'cl.exe' compiler Could someone tells me what i should do?I need a step-by -step explaination..
