The problem now is how to fix it - we could change it to mean 'CDT' (american central daylight time), but I suspect I'll then get another bug report from somewhere in Europe telling me that now its broken for them :( I never heard of "CDT" as a synonym for "GMT+2".
The official timezone name of central Europe is "CET" or "CEST" (daylight saving), replacing the older "MET" and "MEST". Dieter
