[Zope] Z2.LOG FILE SHOW WRONG DATES AND TIMES

Friends of Zope, My Z2.log file entries which are in the /var/Z2.log are inconsistent with the actual system time. I get the following log 123.123.123.23 *[08/March/2000:02:27:45--0700] The actual system time is 18:31 pacific time (-8 UTC) and is set for daylight saving time. What is wrong? I have a NT 4.0 windoze workstation machine that is running Zope latest version 2.1.4. and of course python 1.5.2.
