[Zope] looking for framework/help/product

Hi, I'm trying to get a quick site together that allows users to register, activate an account, and then login and access certain private sites individual to each user and based on database content (postgres or oracle). I've been told that this functionality is present in the core zope. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so where I can find documentation, or how I could do a search for info on this, or if not, which is the best zope product to use as a starting point for getting this functionality?
