I second that. Although I'd rather throw more RAM at it, go for as much as you can get is my suggestion. We're currently upgrading from 512MB to 2GB for a site that has only a few (<30) users editing content but a fair number of external hits (around 2.700.000). We're using Apache in front of Squid in front of Zope to implement virtual hosts and caching wherever possible btw.
