[Zope] Blogging frameworks on top of CMF?

I'm looking for a very easy to use (at least, for the client) blogging framework that runs on CMF, or (probably better) Plone. The people using this will be nonexpert computer users, so the easier the better. If it has any way to post blogs via email, all the better. Thanks for any suggestions!
