I compiled _pgmodule.so with -DNO_PQSOCKET.  I get the same results when I
copy _pgmodule.so to another machine running RedHat 6.0 with PostgreSQL 6.4
Sounds very strange. I am using Postgres 6.4.2 without any problem...
