I have been using/modifying KnowledgeKit for most of those years. I still use it for the FAQ base and have put a FAQ on almost every site I have. I added the ability count views, see a top ten list and to view FAQs that have not been answered as well as submit feedback on FAQs. It does not do contextual popups, but that is not that hard to do. Does anyone know of a help system suitable for end users of a Zope web application? I have KnowledgeKit, but it is about 4 years old and doesn't have facilities for just putting up help for a page or context help for page elements.
Anyone have something they can recommend?
