All the sudden my zope (v2.5.1 running on Win98) is crashing while processing its first hit. It looks as if your socket library ("winsock") would no longer work correctly. Maybe, you can check this.

It wants to write some message to the log file and cannot. Check, why. Maybe, the file is corrupted or can not be written at for other reasons. Dieter
