[Zope] mySQL and Zope and multiple databases

We are moving a bunch of stuff to mySQL. One database currently exists and some of the new tables that need to be brought in have the same names. If I create a new database to house the new tables, how can I use ZSQL methods to compare fields in tables between two ZmySQL connections? Thanks
