This does sort of raise the question: if other people aren't using a "staging production model", what sort of model *are* they using? I'm open to new ideas, I'm just using what I know.
I think that they use Versions. They work directly on the production server, but in a Version. Their changes are not visible to normal users. When they are sure everything's OK, they commit the Version. It is an excellent solution if you have permanent connection to the Internet. -- Milos Prudek
