You can put more than one zope install on a machine and light em both up at the same time as long as they listen different ports. Make another zope install and edit the start file to listen on 8081, eg. But I would just create two folders off the root (/site1 & /site2).

It is not a virutal host. It is running under the same domain.
Also, it is not clear to me how to set up two or more "sites" within a single Zope server.

Have you tried with virtualHosts and ProxyPass in Apache ?
