[Zope] Zope Bible sample code

Hello, I bought the Zope Bible but then, like a fool, threw away the enclosed CD, thinking it just had old Zope installation files on it. Now, naturally, I'd like the sample code that was on it as well, but Wiley doesn't have it available for download from their web site. Would anyone be able, please, to send me a tar or zip of the sample code? Thanks a bunch, Jesse
