[Zope] how to reload external method?

How do you reolad an external method that has changed? the only way I hafe found is restarting zope - pretty slow, and I wouldn't want to do on the daytime at our server (versions are rather cool, now I can develop on the production server safely). The only other way I see would be writing bug free code at the first time, which would be rather cool...
