[Zope] ParsedXML which version?

Listed on the download section of Zope.org there are two entries for parsedXML the latest one is by Karl at 2002/09/03 which is 1.1B1 The other is from faassen at 2002/07/02 which is 1.3 As earlier mail point-out that 1.1B1 does not have the suitable pyd for python 2.1 now (which use 1.5).
