[Zope] zsql-methods and zope variables

hi, i am relatively new to zope(and html). i wanted a tool i would use to develop a web based patient record management system and i decided to use zope and postgresql. i need to pass a number of variables to a zsql query. so far i have only been able to pass variables from the form on a web page that calls the zsql method. i need to pass a number of variables whos values are entered in seperate forms in a frameset or alternatively i need to preserve the variables over a succession of forms. can anyone help? also how valueble is javascript in conjunction with dtml. riyadh Make a difference, help support the relief efforts in the U.S. http://clubs.lycos.com/live/events/september11.asp
