[Zope] cutting/pasting

Hello, I'm trying to use manage_cutObject and manage_pasteObject from a DTML and cannot figure out which permission setting to change to map it to a role. Could someone help me, or point me in the general direction of some documentation on the subject? Thanks, Damon.
