[Zope] Zope Help System Broken?

If I enter the Zope Help System by clicking on the help link in the ZMI, then go to Zope Help - API Reference, and click on any link in that section, I get prompted for authentication, and eventually get this error: Error Type: Unauthorized Error Value: You are not allowed to access 'name' in this context I then have to reauthenticate in the ZMI the next time I click on a link. I am using Zope 2.7. Anyone know what is causing this?
