[Zope] Problem running Zope behind IIS.

Hi, I am trying to run Zope behind IIS. Also I need IIS to take care of user authentication. I found in one document that the superuser password has to be removed for this purpose. But I am not able to find where it is stored. Can anyone help me in this? Thank you. Regards, Paul.
