[Zope] squid caching to speed up plone

I'm trying to get this working. I followed: http://zope.org/Members/itamar/Squid I keep getting TCP_MISS:DIRECT entries in my squid access.log file. I seems that normal ZMI pages are (or at least parts) are properly cached, but nothing in plone get's cached.
