Why do you want to use Zope for this? What's the expected advantage against using e.g. LaTeX?

Better integration into the Web, resources should be accessible on the fly. I would like to have the sources of my ideas packed close together with the actual content I am producing, delving into a particular subject should then be straight forward. However, I have never used LaTeX. What about using YiHaW for that? There are classes for different types of resources available. And the Pointers might be used to include references into a paragraph.
