[Zope] How do you permanently hide the paste button?

How do you permanently hide the paste button after a cut & paste action, but not after a copy & paste? Is there an easy way to hide the paste button after a cut & paste action. I have tried setting the cb_dataValid flag to 0, delete '__cp' or set it to ''. I am sure these aren't good options. setting the cb_datatValid flag to 0 only works when returning to the page after the paste action. The button returns as soon as you refresh the page or go to a new page. Any ideas on what I need to do please. (Running zope 2.5.1 / python 2.1.3 / win2000) Thanks Steve.
