Wade, I think this is correct, depending upon how FreeTDS has progressed with later support fro MSSQL. Hopefully the Unix ODBC route goes well for you. Let the list know if it does. This has always been something I have been curious about, but never had to work with. Not sure if it's been mentioned (it probably has) but you can use SybaseDA and the (freely available?) Sybase linux drivers for this, too...
