Likely the hostname of you machine is not set. Edit /etc/hosts and add localhost to it.

This is the content of /etc/hosts: 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost So it's set... what is the problem then ? Is it Apache ? (it's installed) should I unistall Apache ?
