[Zope] One page for different selections

Is there a way to make a variable change its value depending which 'href' the user clicks in order to change the contents of the next page viewed? For example, I want to have a page with six links, and depending which of them the user clicks, a variable will change its value so the next page will display that data refered on the link clicked.
