[Zope] LocalFS 1.2-andreas released

I read about a LocalFS patch by SmileyChris on Zope.org. Unfortunately I got a AttributeError when I tried to contact the author of this patch. I had to do some patches too to get it working with Zope2.7.0 and with my product PloneLocalFS. Nearly all changes from SmileyChris are applyed to my version.
