Try ZopeEDIT and specify something flexible that you can define syntax highlighting on (like emacs). ZopeEDIT is listed in the download section of Zope.org. Larry Albert wrote:

(I did try ZopeEDIT, which opens up the possibilities, but the ftp access on HomeSite was much more smooth for my purposes.)
