I thought I could use Zope's Login utility to restrict access to certain folders and create users (local users) who can use these folders. I notice that there is a trail as I move around the site. I cannot let some users into these area but they can see the path and without some type of restriction they can have access. Pointer/Examples would be a great help.
Things to check: - In your protected folders, have permissions for Anonymous been revoked? Is "Acquire permissions settings?" still checked on those permissions? - For each area where you want users to have non-default access, did you create a User Folder there (or in one of its parents) with their usernames, passwords, and roles? I can definitely vouch that non-Manager users simply don't have access outside the folder where their User Folder is. -- Mike Renfro / R&D Engineer, Center for Manufacturing Research, 931 372-3601 / Tennessee Technological University -- renfro@tntech.edu
