[Zope] How can you get Zope console messages running as NT service?

This must be in the archives someplace, but searching didn't turn it up. I'm running ZServer as an NT service, and I'd like to be able to see the usual console debug messages that I would get if I were running it from a command window, but I don't know how. I tried setting the -D flag in the service startup parameters, but if that works, I don't know where the output is going. If anyone knows how to do this, or that it is impossible, I'd like to know too.
