That should be a FAQ (about tracebacks being in the error html source)
Here it is, I seem to get it no matter what format I use for the date; it seems to think that it is an invalid date.
I bet its the stupid timezone not recognized error. If your operating system uses a timezone name zope doesn't recognize then it will barf. Solution is to supply a timezone or use the work around in the collector.
