[Zope] Training My Users

Hello, I'm going to be teaching a course to get some people started using Zope. Their idea of web publishing is creating a file with DreamWeaver and dragging it to some network folder. I'm planning on covering completely static sites using MS Web Folders. Has anyone had to deal with people in a similar situation? I would like users to be able to drag and drop a file and have it take on the a standard look either header and footer or from a template, but I don't want them to have to add any tags or attributes to their code.
