[Zope] Zope on WinCE Professional (ver 2.00)

I'm considering purchasing a device using the newest WinCE op sys. to run and develop Zope applications. Is anyone using such a device successfully? I seem to recall a problem when no network adaptor is attached. Does this problem resolve itself if a PCMCIA card is inserted, but still not attached to a network? ie used in a mobile situation.
