No for the official patch.
Guide: remove the definition of the class "CatalogAware" from "Products/ZCatalog/CatalogAwareness.py" and replace it by "from CatalogPathAwareness import CatalogAware".
Is this a better solution? http://www.zope.org/Members/lucasm/ZCatalogPatch It just modify the url methos to return the phisical path with CatalogAware. After a reindexing, all should works.
