[Zope] add ons for zope

Hi all, Is there a standard way to install add ons for zope ? I'm asking this because I download the InternationalObjects which only has two files( __init__.py and __init__.pyc) and no instruction on what to do with them .Has any body installed any thing similar . thanks in advance Jim
