It *runs* on MacOSX but I would not recommend it as production platform since the Mac filesystem is boring slow -aj --On Freitag, 23. Mai 2003 9:22 Uhr +0200 Roel Van den Bergh <roel@planetinterior.com> wrote:
I might be hadding for a new job. They are interested in implementing Zope in their corporate stucture, a mix of Sun, MacoS (version unknown), linux and WinNT. They are moving towards Xserver, on wich I have no impact. It seems they already ordered such a system. There they asked me if Zope runs on Xserver. Because I only have experiance running Zope on W2K and linux and I do not own a Mac for testing purposes I would like to hear some stories. I don't want to be caught spreading lies about Zope.

Excuse me for the cross post
Hi there,
has anyone installed Zope on Xserve from Apple? I'd like to know if there are any issues I should take care of when installing Zope on a Xserver from Apple in the near future.
What's the point with Xserve? Zope runs fine on MacOSX without problems (10.2.6).
