Last I looked, IBM ships webshpere with what they call IBM HTTPD ... which is a version of Apache. You could use the various apache configuration options to adjust things so that /zope or /z or something is routed to the zope server... Note that your client could also configure WebSphere to work with other webservers like Netscape's (now iPlanet), IIS, etc ...
