[Zope] PHP Document file not found

Hello, we try to produce jpg pictures from a PHP Document. It works fine, generaly speaking, but sometimes it fails: Error Type: IOError Error Value: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/1014800341_1.out' How can that happen? When there is an error in PHP it still writes to the .out file, it just doesn't display any picture. But here the whole output is missing. Any ideas?
