What object do you use? Custom class or regulare File objects? What happens in the PUT method? You might want to keep an eye on what's going on int the parents __bobo_traverse__. If the id is wrong for any reason it might be intepreted as a new objects trying to be added. What klient do you use. In Windows I would advise agains trying to debug anything with MS WebFolder, get WebDrive or possibly TeamDrive instead.
