[Zope] managing security from external method

Hi, abviously a FAQ, but I didn't find anything on the topic. How can I manage security from an external method? I want no permissions are acquirred and then give permission to Owner and two local roles. I checked <Zope-Dir/lib/python/AccessControl but didn't find any hint. Thanks for yoour help.
