I would recommend Hurrah (http://www.hurrah.com/) who host one of my Zope websites.They charge me $25/month and host my Zope site. I believe the package includes unlimited email accounts but you'll want to double-check that. They are the most cost-effective host I've found. Also, you fully control your own installation so you can put whatever products or customization in that you want. When I signed up, 2.2.x was current so that was what was installed for me at the time.
