Doesn't the calendar do that? You can set events on the calendar that have a certain amount of "visibility" to everyone else who is using worldpilot. I've not experimented with the calendar per-se, but I certainly can do that with the to-do lists, etc.
Look for the "sharing" link in the gray bar.
