[Zope] How can I create a new user without the management screen?

Hello I search for a function that can create a new user. (acl_users) And a function to check if a user is allready created. I dont know if this is correct but i tried manage_users(). The problem is that I dont know the correct syntax. <dtml-call "manage_users(Username, Password, confirm,roles,domain)"> And where can i find documentation about Zope's function?
