[Zope] Authentication Error logging into Zope Management Interface

      Hi,
  I am new to zope. I have installed zope . When I try logging in to Zope 
Management Interface, I get an authentication error. I tried changing the 
inituser and access files using :-
"python zpasswd.py inituser" and
"python zpasswd.py access"

However I still get the error.

How do I successfully change the password and login to the interface?

Please help.
