[Zope] Which Version to Take

Hallo I'm very new with Zope, I have installed Zope 2.5 at Windows than at Linux. I have make some simple test's. I'm also use mysql, until now I have no greater problems. Now my question, which Version should I take for the first "real" Sites? Can I take a beta or should I take the last stable release: Zope 1.10.3. How difficult will be the update?
